PAT Testing Law
PAT Testing normally forms an integral part of any business Health and Safety policy. Under The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 Act, this places a legal responsibility on employers, employees and self employed persons to ensure their electrical appliances are maintained and safe to prevent any danger. All electrical appliances are to be inspected by a competent person.
Reduce the Risk
Cut any risk to your business by having your electrical appliances PAT tested and inspected by one of our qualified engineers. All of our engineers are trained to the City & Guilds 2377 standard in electrical testing. All engineers are fully CRB checked and accredited. We are fully insured with Liability cover up to £5 million to accommodate for large scale industries and commercial sites.
Our engineers will carry out full inspection and testing of each item as per your requirements. The engineer will discuss and recommend the testing frequency required. PAT testing frequency will depend on many factors. Some companies will insist you need everything tested every 12 months, this is often not the case! The complete results will be fully documented and provided to you in paper and electronic format, along with a certificate. There is no hidden charges in anything that we do. All labels, certification, paperwork, replacement fuses, minor plug rewires and even retests for failed items are all included in your price.
To request a quote or any further information on PAT testing please get in touch with a member of our team, who will be more than happy to discuss these with you.
